Do you have a complicated tax issue.  I want to help you. I am an Enrolled Agent; I have owned my own tax business for over 28 years.  Individuals and businesses do need help translating "taxese."  Few people like communicating either in writing or on the phone with the IRS or Franchise Tax Board.  I am on first name basis with these agencies, so I can serve as a mediator, although I really work for you.
