Wells Middle School's Humanities Building Now Open

Measure C paid for the construction of the new building at the school.

Monday marked the opening of the new Humanities building on the Wells Middle School campus in Dublin. The new building was paid for from Measure C funding, according to Mayor Tim Sbranti.

"The new facility creates an enhanced learning environment and new opportunities for our students, and I am thankful for the Dublin community for their support of the District's school bonds to make this exciting project possible," Sbranti said.

Of the new building, Dublin School Board Trustee Dan Cunningham wrote, via email:

"It's exciting to see the opening of the new building at Wells Middle School. It brings the learning environment into the 21st Century and provides our students, teachers and staff with the best facilities for learning. I know that this wouldn't have been possible without the generous support of the residents of Dublin with the passage of Measure C."
