OE Federal Credit Union is currently seeking to hire a Part-Time Employee Services Representative I for our Livermore location. This position will provide HR/administrative support assisting the Human Resources Manager in the administration and facilitation of the Credit Union’s current and future initiatives in the following areas, but not limited to, of preparing and assisting with on boarding new hires and employee exit documentation. Assist with recruitment efforts as well as assisting in re-vamping HR Forms, policies and procedure and the HRIS system. Candidate will assist in event planning and coordination along with preparing and maintaining personnel files and organization of other HR related files. In addition, they will handle special HR projects such as streamlining and automation of processes and more. The ideal candidate will possess some Human Resources experience. Experience in a credit union/financial institution environment, is a plus. Must be detail oriented have strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality. Must have experience working with Human Resources Information System; preferably ADP WorkForce Now, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
