New Year's Resolution Weight Loss Challenge
Tri-Valley YMCA’s Weight Loss Challenge is an 8 week program to help you shed unwanted pounds during the new year. Our program is designed to assist you every step of the way: we educate you about nutrition and exercise, we push you to reach your goal weight, we support you with weekly meetings and we encourage you along the way. In short, we’ll be here for YOU!
Weekly support meetings (Tuesdays at 6:30pm) include a weigh-in, a health and wellness seminar and an opportunity to share ideas and strategies for success with fellow members. In addition, each week you will receive one personal training session and one group fitness class of your choice.
