Ladies Bootcamp Summer 2011

Whatever your goals are, this female only boot camp will jump start your fitness program and help motivate you.

This specially-designed six week fitness program energizes, encourages and lifts you up and doesn’t knock you down. An experienced team of sports performance coaches work with you in a state-of-the-art sports facility. They help you achieve your goals and reach a whole new level of health and fitness by incorporating cardio and strength training – in as little as one hour a day! You’re going to love how our program makes you feel and the results you’ll gain.

To help you reach your goals even faster, nutrition coaching is also available on-site.

Camp Details:

  • 15 total sessions
  • Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays
  • two Class times 10am-11am or 7:00pm-8:00pm
  • June 13 – July 22 (No class on July 1st, 4th & 6th)
