Dublin school district’s rumored proposal is causing quite a stir in East Dublin. John Green Elementary School’s blacktop is pretty cozy, and its open field space is rather limited. Now in its second year of operation, H.W. Kolb Elementary School is at capacity and experiencing horrific traffic issues.

A Patch reader who plans to attend tonight's meeting provided the following via e-mail:

JOHN GREEN and Dublin Ranch Residents WON'T ALLOW the DUSD to CAUSE AN OVERFLOW AT THEIR ALREADY MAXED-OUT SCHOOLS... it's a definite HAZARD and WILL IMPACT THE EDUCATION ON JOHN GREEN STUDENTS.

Tonight's school board meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. at 7471 Larkdale Ave., in Dublin.
