The Cities of Dublin, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Danville and Livermore are presenting a free Foreclosure Help Seminar for area homeowners concerned about losing their homes.
The seminar, given by non-profit attorneys, covers the foreclosure process, loan modifications, short sale, eviction after foreclosure and more.
The event also allows participants to meet individually with attorneys and HUD certified housing counselors.

Participants are encouraged to bring paystubs, recent utility bill, bank statements, loan documents, letters from bank and foreclosure notices to get advice and help on-site.
The seminar is presented in conjunction with Community Housing Development Corporation of North Richmond, Eden Council for Hope & Opportunity and Housing and Economic Rights Advocates.
