The final piece of steel beam will be placed into the structure for the DHS Performing Arts Complex this weekend and as is tradition, the final beam was left out Friday for signatures by the performing arts students, staff and members of the Board of Trustees and District Staff.

"It was an honor to be a part of the signing of the last structural beam, which represents an important milestone in the construction of our state of the art performing arts center that will serve our students, district, and community so well," he said.

The state-of-the-art complex will seat about 550 people and have an orchestra pit, according an earlier report by Principal Carol Shimizu and Dublin Mayor Tim Sbranti.
