What's The Oldest Home For Sale In Dublin?

Check out this three-bedroom home that was built more than 50 years ago.

There's an old saying, "They don't make 'em like they used to."

With that in mind, we thought on this week's real estate installment we'd look at the oldest home we could find for sale in Dublin.

This one is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 7754 Landale Ave. The one-story home was built in 1960.

It sits on less than a quarter-acre and is 1,038 square feet. It's listed as selling for $459,950.

You can check out other older nearby homes on Pleasanton Patch and Livermore Patch.
