Dirty water at Shadow Cliffs Beach: The water at Shadow Cliffs Beach was found to have raised levels of bacteria this week but is still considered "safe" to swim in. East Bay Regional Parks authorities say this is an annual problem in the heat of the summer. They recommend rinsing after swimming and to avoid drinking the water.
