Week in Review: Pedestrian Killed on I-680 Identified, Dispatcher Arrested and Pirates of Emerson

Pedestrian killed: A man was killed on Interstate 680 early Monday morning. Investigators are still trying to figure out why the man, later identified as was on the freeway.

Dispatcher arrested: , was arrested this week after an investigation and search warrant turned up "illegal narcotics and drug paraphernalia." Feathers was placed on administrative leave and arrested. She was booked into Santa Rita County Jail in Dublin.

Pirates of Emerson:
Feeling the need for fear? Look no further than the Alameda County Fairgrounds where, for the third year in a row, visitors can feed the need for spine-tingling terror.
