Mayor's Report: Grand Opening of Emerald Vista

In this week's Mayor's Report, which was filmed at the new Emerald Vista housing development in Dublin, Mayor Sbranti discusses the new affordable apartments, senior housing, town homes and child care facilities.
The grand opening of Emerald Vista, which replaced the Arroyo Vista Public Housing, was on Monday behind the community center in the complex at 12:30 p.m. The property offers 130 affordable family units and 50 affordable senior apartments.
