Last Chance to Register to Vote in Primary Election

The deadline to register to vote in the state's primary election, held June 5, is May 21, and the deadline to submit a request to vote by mail is May 29.

With all the campaign commercials, stump speeches and kissing of babies, it might be difficult to actually remember to register to vote in California's upcoming June 5 primary election.

That's why Dublin Patch is here to remind you that the deadline for voters looking to cast their ballots in the election season's first round is Monday, May 21.

To register to vote in Alameda County, voters can register online or pick up a registration form from the most of the County buildings, post offices, libraries, Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) offices.

For those that wish to vote by mail, the deadline to submit a request for a vote by mail ballot is Tuesday, May 29 at 5 p.m. Only registered voters can request a vote by mail ballot.
