Did You Feel Today's Earthquake Near Danville and San Ramon?

3.4-magnitude quake reported in Danville. No reports of any damage.

If you felt something go bump in your house Wednesday morning you weren't imagining it. There was another small earthquake recorded in the San Ramon Valley Wednesday morning.

The USGS is reporting a 3.4 magnitude earthquake was centered about 1 mile northeast of San Ramon and had a depth of about 7 miles, according to the USGS.
         
While quakes happen all the time, sometimes there are a flurry of events strong enough to be felt, rattling nerves. Several quakes have been felt this week, starting Friday night in the San Ramon/Dublin area and on Tuesday in San Ramon.
