Community Invited to Grand Opening of Passatempo Park

The City of Dublin invites the community to join in celebrating the grand opening of its newest park, Passatempo Park, on Saturday, May 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

This beautiful 5.1 acre park includes a number of appealing park amenities, including a playground for tots, a separate playground for older children, an interactive sundial, a small vineyard, a seasonal garden, a picnic area, grilling stations, restrooms, and a large, natural turf field that is surrounded by a walking path.

The official park dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony will begin at 9:00 AM. Afterward, attendees can enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast and activities for the children. A commemorative lunch cooler bag will be given to the first 1,000 guests.
