Summary:
On September 13, 2012, about 8:30 p.m., the Alameda County Sheriff's Office responded to a residence in Castro Valley where a home invasion robbery/assault with a deadly weapon occurred. During the home invasion robbery, Jerald Gonsales (who was positively identified) held two victims at gunpoint. As Gonsales and another unknown Hispanic male adult
demanded the victims marijuana, cell phones and money, Gonsales shot one of the victims in the lower right leg with a handgun. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
