Rebiejo was unable to provide the age or name of the female arrested.

The owner of the health center was cited for numerous city code violations, as was another masseuse working at the business, Rebiejo said.

It was unclear if the female arrested on suspicion of prostitution is a masseuse at the massage parlor.

A Friday afternoon call to the business seeking comment was unanswered.

The business boasts a five-star rating on Yelp and has four positive reviews.

Here's part of a review left in May 2011 by Yelp user Mark H:

This is absolutely my favorite place in the Tri-Valley to get a massage. I shopped around quite a bit in Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, and even San Ramon. I love this place!!! Each of the massage therapists here pretty much has her own technique so it's hard to pick a favorite, but they are all VERY good. Whether you're into soft touch, deep tissue, or somewhere in between, you'll find just what you're looking for here. They even do back-walking if that's what you need/want...

'Leah B' would have a valid complaint about protecting the integrity of CMTs without resorting to name-calling and unworthy talk. There should be a very clear separation being sex and massage. 'MVS' does not impress me with her attempts to 'protect the community' from consensual acts behind closed doors.

Marriages are happier. Families are calmer when Dad recieves a relaxing release of ALL his muscles before going home to hug his wife and kids. Too bad wives are too frigid to relax their hard working man with a hj or bj as a greeting coming home after work.

Damn straight Steve. If woman don't want their man sneaking around when they're suppose to be, "playing poker with the guys or working late." Then get off your high horses and put out and give a blow job on a regular basis. It's so pathetic when couples go on T.V. and say they only have sex a few times a month. That's what that number should be per week! Guys.....baby power the family jewels. Ladies .....douche at least once a month after PMS. I know wash clothes don't reach in there. Everyone is happy and no one has to sneak around. There's a saying. To keep a man happy you have to he a lady in the street, but a whore in the sheets. People won't like what i have to say but It's true. After you're done being mad, think about it.

Every person on here who says to legalize this crap and says that men need to go to "unwind" or whatever are nasty and probably pedophiles. Most of these girls are foreign born who are trafficked here and are threatened to be killed or families killed. Educate yourselves you sick f***s. ALSO..... most of these girls are underage, so congrats you are doing sexual things with someone's baby. Another thing..... I hope none of you have daughter's because you are so OK with this that you probably wouldn't give two craps if your own daughter was out there giving BJ's... you prob. wouldn't mind if she was making you money right? Most of these perv's who posted on here prob. sell their own kids to others for sex, drugs or money. You people make me sick and you are the reason this world is falling apart.
