Police Logs: Drug Charges, Domestic Violence and Vandalism

A list of notable arrests and incidents by Dublin police.

Last week, Dublin police arrested a 30-year-old man they believe broke dozens of windows at  on the early morning of June 9. Also, police arrested two local men, both in their 20s, on drug charges June 7.

Tuesday, June 7

  • Two arrested on drug charges:  A 24-year-old man from San Ramon and 22-year-old man from Dublin were arrested on the 6400 block of Davona Drive at 3:41 p.m. The 24-year-old was arrested on a charge of being under the influence of a controlled substance and the 22-year-old was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

  • Man linked to church vandalism arrested:  At least a half-dozen stained glass windows were among the items vandalized at St. Philip Lutheran Church. Officers responded to a call about windows being broken about 1 a.m. A 30-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident. For more, read .

Friday, June 10

  • A 22-year-old man from Dublin was arrested on 4000 block of Lockhart Drive at 9:06 p.m. on a charge of domestic violence.

  • A 25-year-old man from Newark was arrested at the intersection of Amador Plaza Road and Dublin Boulevard at 12:23 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence.
