Police Logs: Cops Report Fraud and Burglary-Related Arrests

Notable arrests and incidents Dublin police encountered from July 13 to July 23.

Police reported arrests in two burglary-related incidents Thursday. The first was reported at Safeway, where a Tracy man was arrested in the early morning hours on charges of burglary and receiving stolen property. Later Thursday, police arrested two Sacramento women at Marshalls on Dublin Boulevard on charges of burglary and possessing tools for burglary. For more on the two incidents, read .

Police also reported separate fraud-related arrests Saturday and Friday.

Wednesday, July 13

  • A 48-year-old man from Pleasanton was arrested at the intersection of San Sabana Court and Silvergate Drive at 12:40 p.m. on a charge of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

  • A 26-year-old man was arrested at the intersection of Dublin Boulevard and Regional Street at 2:32 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

Monday, July 18

  • A 24-year-old man from Ceres was arrested at the intersection of Hacienda and Owens drives at 9:50 p.m. on warrant-related charges.

Wednesday, July 20

  • A 45-year-old man from Woodland Hills was arrested at the intersection of Dublin Boulevard and San Ramon Road at 2:29 p.m. on a court-ordered warrant.

Thursday, July 21

  • Tracy man arrested on burglary charges: A 32-year-old man from Tracy was arrested on the 7200 block of Dublin Boulevard at 4:39 a.m. on charges of burglary and receiving stolen property and warrant-related charges. For more, read .
  • A 31-year-old male transient was arrested on the 6700 block of Regional Street at 11:46 a.m. on a charge of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
  • Two women arrested on burglary charges: Two women, 23 and 27, both from Sacramento, were arrested on the 7800 block of Dublin Boulevard at 7:56 p.m. They were arrested on charges of burglary and possession of burglary tools.  For more, read .

Friday, July 22

  • A 23-year-old woman from Dublin was arrested on the 4400 block of Tassajara Road at 7:38 a.m. on a charge of intent to defraud.

Saturday, July 23

  • A 34-year-old man from Union City was arrested on the 7800 block of Amador Valley Boulevard at 5:29 p.m. on charges of intent to defraud and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
