Police Logs: Assault, Domestic Violence Arrests

Notable arrests and incidents Dublin police encountered from June 22 to Tuesday.

Police in Dublin reported arresting a 28-year-old man from Santa Rosa on an assault charge Saturday.  Police reported other arrests that day, including arrests on warrant-related charges and on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On July 1, two men were arrested in the early morning, one on drug-related charges and the other on warrant-related charges. One of the men, from Modesto, also was arrested later that day on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

Also last week, police made arrests after responding to reports of domestic violence, including an arrest Monday and another on Thursday. Police also reported DUI- and warrant-related arrests made late last month.

Sunday, June 22

  • A 21-year-old man from Stockton was arrested at the intersection of Dublin Boulevard and Glynnis Rose Street at 3:14 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

  • A 52-year-old man from Dublin was arrested on the 7000 block of York Court at 5 p.m. on warrant-related charges.
  • A 30-year-old man from Livermore was arrested on I-580 westbound near San Ramon Road at 8:20 a.m. on warrant-related charges.

Saturday, June 25

  • A 20-year-old woman from Livermore was arrested at the intersection of Dublin Court and Dublin Boulevard at 3:09 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

Sunday, June 26

  • A 29-year-old man from Roseville was arrested at the intersection of Dougherty Road and Dublin Boulevard at 11:50 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

Monday, June 27

  • A 24-year-old woman from Dublin was arrested on the 6500 block of Cotton Wood Circle at 1 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence.

Tuesday, June 28

  • A 26-year-old man from Castro Valley was arrested at the intersection of Amador Valley Boulevard and Dougherty Road at 12:54 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

Thursday, June 30

  • A 37-year-old woman from Dublin was arrested on the 3500 block of Madbury Court at 9:18 p.m. on a charge of domestic violence.

Friday, July 1

  • Two men arrested: A 35-year-old man from Modesto and 28-year-old man from Tracy were arrested on the 6200 block of Scarlett Court at 3:20 a.m. The 35-year-old was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and the 28-year-old was arrested on warrant-related charges.  The 35-year-old man from Modesto also was arrested at 11:35 a.m.July 1 on the 5300 block of Broder Boulevard on a charge of receiving stolen property.
  • A 36-year-old man from Dublin was arrested on the 100 block of Civic Plaza at 7:31 a.m. on warrant-related charges.

Saturday, July 2

  • A 28-year-old man from Santa Rosa was arrested on the 7200 block of San Ramon Road at 12:46 a.m. on an assault charge.
  • A 32-year-old man from Dublin was arrested on the 4200 block of Clarinbridge Circle at 1:22 a.m. on charges of domestic violence and making threats.
  • A 21-year-old man from Dublin was arrested on the 7400 block of Burnham Way at 5:35 a.m. on a charge of public intoxication.
  • A 29-year-old man from Dublin was arrested on the 5900 block of Dublin Boulevard at 6:41 p.m. on warrant-related charges.
  • A 33-year-old man from Dublin was arrested at the intersection of Brighton Drive and Village Parkway at 8:03 p.m. on warrant-related charges.
  • A 47-year-old man from Dublin was arrested on the 7000 block of Lancaster Road at 8:20 p.m. on suspicion of damaging telecommunication lines.
  • A 29-year-old man from San Ramon was arrested at the intersection of Brighton Drive and Village Parkway at 11:08 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

Tuesday, July 5

  • Highway 84 shut down:  A driver was airlifted after a crash on Highway 84 about 10 a.m. on Highway 84, which was shut down. For more information, read .
