Police Log: Domestic Violence, Fraud and DUI Arrests

Police in Dublin recently reported arrests made in the past two weeks, including one of an Oakland teenager suspected of transporting marijuana meant for sale. 

There were several arrests related to domestic violence incidents, including one of a Pleasanton man also suspected of battery and false imprisonment. Police also reported several DUI-related arrests, including two in the early-morning hours of Oct. 16.

Also, two Pleasanton men suspected of intent to defraud were arrested on Oct. 17.

Saturday, Oct. 22

• A 29-year-old man from Tracy was arrested on I-580 westbound near Hopyard Road at 2:11 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence.

• A 46-year-old man from Pleasanton was arrested on the 100 block of Civic Plaza at 4:06 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence, false imprisonment and battery.

Thursday, Oct. 20

• An 18-year-old man from Oakland was arrested on the 5300 block of Ironhorse Parkway at 9:45 p.m. on suspicion of possession of marijuana and transportation of marijuana for sale.

Wednesday, Oct. 19

• A 27-year-old man from Dublin was arrested on I-580 westbound near Eden Canyon Road on suspicion of driving without proper documentation.

Tuesday, Oct. 18

• A 49-year-old woman from San Leandro was arrested on the 6500 bock of Regional Street at 7:18 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence.

Monday, Oct. 17

• A 54-year-old woman from Dublin was arrested on the 20100 block of Lake Chabot Road at 1:02 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence.

• Two Arrested for Suspected Fraud: A 23-year-old man and 19-year-old man, both from Pleasanton, were arrested on the 2800 block of Dublin Boulevard at 8:55 p.m. on suspicion of intent to defraud.

Sunday, Oct. 16

• A 24-year-old man from Fairbury was arrested on the 7400 block of Dublin Boulevard at 1:27 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence.

• A 28-year-old man from Newark was arrested at the intersection of Arnold Road and Gleason Drive at 2:17 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence. 

Friday, Oct. 14

• A 41-year-old man from Stockton was arrested on the 4900 block of Dublin Boulevard at 4 p.m. on a warrant.
