Police Investigating Weekend Burglary at Fallon Middle School

$4800 worth of Google Chromebooks were taken, according to police officials.

Dublin Police say 16 Google Chromebooks were stolen over the weekend from a portable classroom at Fallon Middle School.

According to Lieutenant Herb Walters, the burglary occurred some time over the weekend between Friday after school and Monday morning. Walters says each Chromebook is valued at $300.

"Our School Resource Officer is working with school officials to gather more information," Walters said. "Our officers did a neighborhood canvass behind the school and no one saw anything unusual."

Police do not have any suspect information to release at this time.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact Dublin Police Services.
