Pleasanton Man Arrested After Argument, Assault in Dublin

45-year-old Ji Yen Ye of Pleasanton was arrested in connection to stomach and head injuries 55-year-old Michael Wu suffered after the two argued in a home in Dublin.

Information from Dublin Police--

Dublin Police responded to the 3700 block of Rimini Lane for a disturbance on July 26, 2013, about 3:50 p.m.  

A Waste Management driver picking up recyclables in the area called 911, stating he heard a loud argument between two males coming from a residence.  The witness then noticed a male subject in front of the residence bleeding from the stomach and head.  

The victim, later identified as 55-year-old Michael Wu, was transported to a local hospital where at this time he is undergoing surgery due to his injuries and is expected to survive.

Arrested at the residence was 45-year-old Ji Yen Ye of Pleasanton. The investigation is on-going and still being conducted as to the reason behind the argument and assault.
