From Dublin Police Services:
Dublin Police Services responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Old Navy store located in the Hacienda Crossings Shopping Center on November 12, 2012, about 7:30 p.m. A witness to the incident gave responding officers the suspect’s vehicle description. Dublin Police Officers spotted the vehicle travelling westbound on I-580 approaching Castro Valley. The suspect was taken into custody after he was positively identified by the victim and witness. During a search of the vehicle the money stolen from Old Navy was located.
Arrested was Matthew C. Fagan from San Jose. Fagan is also a suspect in an attempt robbery in the City of San Ramon about 30 minutes prior to him robbing Old Navy. It is also believed that Fagan is responsible for other
robberies in other counties.
