Funeral Tuesday For Dublin Paramedic Shot While Driving

Quinn Boyer, 34, will be remembered at St. Theresa in Oakland at 11 a.m Tuesday, April 16.

A celebration of life for the 34-year-old Dublin paramedic, who was shot while driving in the Oakland Hills on April 3 and later died, has been scheduled.

Quinn Boyer's funeral will take place at St. Theresa in Oakland at 11 a.m on Tuesday, April 16.

Boyer was off duty when he was shot near Keller Avenue before his car plunged down a ravine, according to reports.

Oakland police say they are investigating the death as a homicide.

Since 2011, Boyer was an ambulance driver and paramedic with Santa Clara Ambulance in San Jose.
