Free CPR Classes Offered in Alameda County

The Alameda County Fire Department is offering "Hands-Only" CPR classes from September to December.

The Alameda County Fire Department is offering free CPR classes throughout Alameda County this fall. Classes will be held in Dublin, Union City, and San Leandro, according to the Alameda County Fire Department website.

The Family & Friends CPR class is for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card in CPR for their job. This class is ideal for adults, teenagers, new parents, grandparents, and others interested in learning lifesaving CPR skills. This interactive class is up to 4 hours in length, but you can stay for as long as you'd like.

The Family & Friends CPR program teaches: - Adult Hands-Only™ CPR - Adult AED use - Relief of choking for the Adult - AED use for the Adult - Relief of choking for the Adult - Child CPR - Relief of choking for the Child - Infant CPR - Relief of choking for the Infant.
