Is there a picture? Certainly the bank has security cameras. A picture is worth a thousand words.

We have road block checks for problem drinkers in this town - why not police blocades at the tunnel for problem robbers? We need to learn how to learn how to use the few roads we have off the island to our advantage in order to catch these miscreants

They probably have some great pictures of a person in a hoodie.

Alameda should have a hot button with the ability to shut off the tubes and raise the drawbridges. We've a natural barrier to crime and should use it to catch serious criminals. Crime will drop if criminals actually fear being caught. IMHO that would be more effective than the armored tank APD is buyinghttp://thealamedan.org/news/police-department-embraces-life-after-crown-vic?page=1
