Watch Alert, MAN lurking around my car and apt complex

i live next to Erik's Deli on Amador Valley/Starward, there was a light skinned skinny 5' 8" male in a solid navy blue sweatshirt, light colored denim jeans and a black beanie. he was lurking around my husbands pick up truck, as soon as he saw me he headed into the dark areas of the apartment, i called the police but they couldn't find him. keep your doors locked, i'm sure he will be back.
