Amber was kidnapped from in front of her Pinole home approximately 25 years ago. SHE IS STILL MISSING!
Although several people were considered suspects and a convict "confessed," NO evidence was found, NO ONE has been charged. Until Amber is found, the police department needs to reopen and keep the case open.
