Police shootings of the mentally ill in Dublin.

Dublin residents should question their police Dept.  and Mayer.  There is a lack of training in the Dublin police Dept. in dealing with the  mentally ill.  Teaching officers to De-escalate a situation rather than pulling their guns and shooting them.  Dublin is  piling up quite a record of shooting the mentally ill.  Check the records of other Tri-Valley Cities.  They train their officers.
