What's Open, What's Closed on Labor Day in Dublin?

Take a look at what is open and closed in Dublin on Labor Day.

If you want to go shopping for sale items, get suntan lotion for the pool or grab some grub for a barbecue, some places in Dublin will be open on Monday for the Labor Day holiday.

But if you want to mail a letter or cash a check, you're going to have to wait a day until Tuesday. The Amador Valley Industries trash collection days will not be affected by the holiday. 

Monday's Labor Day holiday sees summer unofficially ending as the Dublin tries to soak up the sun one last time.

Around town on Monday, the Dublin Pool will be open for swimming from 1 p.m. to 5 pm. The Dublin Library will be open on the Monday holiday.

Earl Anthony's Dublin Bowl is celebrating Labor Day by offering a "Very Maniac Monday" from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Bowlers will pay 99 cents per game, per person and shoe rentals are 99 cents. The hot dog and drink combo at the snack bar is also 99 cents, according to an Early Anthony's employee. 

Dublin Iceland is open for public skating from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Labor Day.
