Community Update

Gluten Free Weight Loss



     After having 2 kids it was near impossible for me to lose
weight. I spent several years of focused dedication to many different diets
that were working for many people but not for me. I tried both good sound diets
and some fads, and still none really worked for me. I also exercised a lot,
consistently every week. I lost nothing over the years, only a few pounds! Was
there something wrong with me? Will I ever be able to lose the weight?



     Thankfully, I heard about a health coach and met with
her. We discussed not just my weight but many other seemingly small but nagging
issues I was experiencing for quite awhile. Allergies in the spring, asthma,
arthritis in a few knuckles and shoulders to sleeplessness, and eventually
migraines.

     After consideration of my diet and health difficulties,
she recommended a specific diet that was gluten and dairy free. It worked! I
dropped the weight on the gluten free diet which is now a very livable and
enjoyable lifestyle. I feel great. Working with a coach made all the difference
for me in my success.



     I was very moved by this experience and what it did for
me. I wanted to share this and make life better for others. I trained to become
a holistic health counselor as well and have helped many reach their weight
loss goals. The correct path to take can be complicated but once figured out is
very rewarding and enjoyable lifestyle.
