Those 7:30 a.m. commutes will get darker before they get lighter when Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m. Sunday.
Remember, you’ll "fall back" and set your clocks back one hour. Many electronic devices automatically adjust when Daylight Savings Time begins or ends. It begins again on March 10, 2013.
That extra hour gives you a chance to get out in Brighton and have some fun. You could:
- Get an early start to your holiday shopping.
- Start a blog on Patch, or promote other events going on! You can get started here.
When you change your clocks in the fall and spring, it’s also a good time to change smoke detector batteries and check to make sure device are in working order.
Now is a great time to sign up for our FREE Patch newsletter to get the morning headlines into your inbox so you can keep up on all that is happening this holiday season in your town.
Arizona, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and American Samoa do not observe Daylight Savings Time.
