TGIF: How to Make a Lemon Drop Cocktail

Try this tasty sweet and tangy beverage for your next happy hour

It is Friday is almost here and Patch went in search of a true expert to help us make the perfect cocktail for happy hour.

Watch how long-time bartender Carren Hartsinck of Evie's in Dublin makes her perfect Lemon Drop Cocktail.

Hartsnick has been bartending at Evie's since 1994 and Evie's won the Patch Readers' Choice Award for "Best Cocktails in Dublin" in 2012.
