A Book Sale You Won't Want to Miss
A book sale at the Dublin Library is sure to offer bargains and holiday gifts.
Looking for some holiday gifts on a budget? Be sure to keep some time free Saturday for the book sale at the in the Community Room. This event is put on by the Friends of the Dublin Library and I am told this is the place to be if you want a screaming deal.
The Friends of the Library look through the donations they receive throughout the year and put some some books aside. They look for the most pristine books that feature a range of genres perfect for gift giving: Children's books, cookbooks, home-decorating books, collectible books and other goodies.
Drop by the library between noon and 3p.m. to do some shopping. The most beautiful part is that your money benefits the Dublin Library The Friends use the money to support the library, including children's programs and Dublin Reads, among many other programs.
