Intero Real Estate Services Opens Office in Dublin
Led by Real Estate Powerhouse Tinarsha Brown
Intero Franchise Services Inc., a company affiliated with Intero Real Estate Services, Inc. (“Intero”), ranked 12th largest real estate brokerage in the US on the 2014 REAL Trends 500 list, is excited to announce the opening of their Dublin office.
Owned by former Intero Real Estate Services agent, Tinarsha Brown, and managed by Natasha Green, the office will conduct business in the Tri-Valley Corridor including Dublin, San Ramon, and Pleasanton. “Our success has been built around finding the right people to lead us into new markets, and Tinarsha has the vision, experience, expertise and relationships to do that,” says Gino Blefari, President and CEO of Intero Real Estate Services.

Brown brings with her years of real estate experience both as an agent and broker. She has been called the short-sale queen and has been known to adjust readily with the ever changing market. "Tinarsha is a real coup in the real estate world," states Tom Tognoli, her former managing broker at Intero. "She is a winner of several real estate awards already in her real estate career, is driven, client-focused and delightful."

After becoming a Broker in 2010, she wanted to own her own company and was searching for a franchise that fit her needs. “Intero’s innovation and technology provides what agents and clients are looking for when selling and buying homes.” Says Brown, “They offer the tools you need to be successful and the values I wanted my business to be based on.”
Located at 7950 Dublin Blvd Suite 104 in Dublin, the office currently has 9 agents on board and are looking to grow to approximately 35. The office will be hosting a Grand Opening on June 14th.
