The salon opened on Sept. 14 and offers a variety of services
A new nail salon has opened in the 7-Eleven shopping center on Dublin Boulevard. Winnie's Nail Salon, owned by Winnie Nguyen, is open daily.
Nguyen says the salon opened for business on Saturday. According to the treatment list at the salon, clients can enjoy not only manicures and pedicures but also waxing and eyelash extensions.
Winnie's Nail Salon is located at 7114 Dublin Boulevard in Dublin.
