Sprouts & Shutters: Savers Grand Opening

The thrift store opened on Oct. 24. Learn about how you can donate your used items.

The first Savers in the East Bay has opened as of Oct. 24. The thrift store sells "quality used goods at a value," according to the Savers website.

The Savers site says they accept donations of used items. Savers accepts books, DVDS, clothing, housewares, pots and pans, linens and furniture. A full list of items accepted can be found here. Savers is a for-profit company but donates a portion of the profits to local non-profits while also helping to reduce and reuse.

The thrift store is located at 7117 Regional Street and will be open seven days a week. Check the Savers.com website for store hours by clicking here.
