May is Market Time! The Dublin Farmers' Market Comes Back to Town

The market kicks off the 2012 season on May 3 and is open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursdays.

For the second year in a row, the Dublin Farmers' Market will be open for farm-fresh business at the Emerald Glen Park in Dublin.

The city will be teaming up with the Pacific Coast Farmers' Market Association to have California-grown produce available to shoppers.

The market is located at 4201 Central Parkway in Dublin and boasts a different theme each Thursday of the month.

  • “First Thursdays”— On the first Thursday of each month, from May to September, the market will feature free concerts in the park along with wine and beer tasting.
  • “Dublin Cooks”— Cooking demonstrations and taste tests can be found every second Thursday of the month.
  • "Community Night” –The third and fifth Thursdays of the month shoppers will find community groups and can enjoy dancing and music.
  • "Family Night"—Family-friendly activities will be featured including crafts, clowns and shows.
