The shopping center will be located at corner of Hacienda Drive and Martinelli Way in Dublin.

“We are ecstatic to welcome Persimmon Place to our community,” said Mayor Sbranti said in a statement. “This center will offer the upscale, high-quality retail choices that residents of Dublin want and expect, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the progress being made on this development.”

Nordstrom Rack, one of the "anchor stores" in the new shopping center, will fill a "35,000-square-foot store and is scheduled to open in fall 2015," according to a statement released by the company.

Poor planning in east Dublin hills leads to ugly homes (tri-level), over-crowding, and narrow streets with little parking. From the freeway looking in, all you see are condos. This gives a "poor" appearance to the town. The mayor and city councils needs to be replaced by people who actually cares about how the community look! Let's ban together and vote these selfish guys out on the next election.

The hills look ridiculous with all the track houses and condo's stacked on top of each other. Driving around Dublin city streets on the weekend is a complete nightmare now.

The traffic in Dublin 10 years ago was impossible so I can't imagine the situation now.
