Helpful Tips for your Annual Data Update
We are doing everything we can to answer your questions as soon as possible. We have several staff members at the district office dedicated to answering your questions as we all work our way through this process for the first time.This is a new system for everyone, so we appreciate your patience. Should you have questions or require assistance you can call the Portal Hotline at 925-828-2551, ext. 8114 and someone will return your call as soon as they are able or email portal firstname.lastname@example.org. Here is what we hope are a few helpful tips as you navigate our new process:
1) It is best to avoid using Internet Explorer as your internet browser for this process. Using Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari are your best choices. 2) If you reach the end of your update and are not connected to a printer, you can save your document as a PDF on your desktop and then print later when you are connected. 3) There will be computer kiosks available at every school site if you need to complete your Annual Data Update and are unable to do it at home. There should be printers available at each school site to print your paperwork as you prepare for Fall Check-In. 4) Please remember that once you have completed your Annual Data Update in the Parent Portal, you must go to your school site website to additional forms that need to be completed, printed and brought to Fall Check-In.We will bring you more helpful hints as we have them!
