Why Go: Travel back to 1955 during this jukebox musical, which pairs Elvis Presley's music with a funny tale about mismatched lovers in middle America. Hear favorites like "Love Me Tender," "Don't Be Cruel" and "Can't Help Falling in Love," and, of course, "All Shook Up."

Why Go: All ages are invited to Dublin's "First Annual Car Show & Ice Cream Social," an inter-generational community event coordinated by Dublin's youth and senior advisory committees. See cars of all eras on display, listen to live music and enjoy food and beverages.
Price: Free admission and music. Food and drinks on sale for $3.

Where/When: Saturday from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. , downtown Danville
Why Go: Celebrate Earth Day with fun activities throughout downtown Danville, including a seedling demonstration by the Danville/Alamo Garden Club, a solar cooking demonstration, an Earthbox demonstration and more. Don't miss the Stoney Ridge Blue Grass band, playing from 12:30 - 3 p.m. at the Museum of the San Ramon Valley.

Where/When: Saturday at 8 p.m., Firehouse Arts Center
Why Go: Take a musical journey of The Man in Black's greatest hits during a tribute to Johnny Cash. Singing guitarist James Garner is joined by Rick Duncan on bass, Steve Hutton on drums and Denny Colleret on vocals and guitar. The event also includes stories of Cash's childhood and highs and lows of his 48-year career.
Price: $15 - 25, depending on age and seat selection.
