  • Special Holiday Exhibit, "Keep Calm and Merry On". Dublin Heritage Park and Museums. 6600 Donlon Way. 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays through Jan. 12. Explore the bittersweet memories of wartime, and learn how the “Greatest Generation” used great resourcefulness to celebrate Christmas on the Homefront.

  • Holiday DancEscape Social. Dublin Senior Center. 6;30 p.m. Heat up the dance floor with cool music from the TNT Band. Their playlist ranges from standard classics from the ‘50s, ‘60s, oldies, dance, and today! Enjoy light refreshments and drawings for door prizes.
  • WILLY WONKA JR. Amador Theater, Santa Rita Road. Pleasaanton. 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 14
  • Scratch Hackathon. Dublin Library. 1 p.m.Kids ages 8-17 can come and learn about the graphical Scratch programming language developed by MIT and create their own game or computer animations!  This event is open to all experience levels. 
  • Nutcracker. Bankhead Theater; 2400 First St., Livermore. Full-length production of Tchaikovsky’s holiday classic The Nutcracker. 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Sunday, Dec. 15
