Friday, Sept. 20
- The Pleasanton Harvest Festival will be at the Alameda County Fairgrounds on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Info about discounts and hours can be found here.
- Friday night football! Dublin High School takes on Ygnacio Valley High School in Concord at 7 p.m.
- At 7 p.m. the Valley Christian High School Vikings football team will travel to Chabot College to take on McClymonds High.
Saturday, Sept. 21
- The Stoneridge Shopping Center invites you to Celebrate 75 Years of The Wizard of Oz at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. The event is free and costumes are suggested as those who dress up while get a free Rubie's Red Trick-or-Treat pail.
- 'splatter, not your ordinary food, wine and art festival' will be at Emerald Glen Park in Dublin on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. General admission to the event is free and tasting passports can be purchased for the Tasting Pavilion. The festival boasts activities, food a concert and fireworks. Get full details here.
- Register now for the Valley Humane Society’s charity dog walk and animal festival. Paws in the Park 2013 will be at 10 a.m. this Sunday at Amador Valley Community Park.
- Come out for the kitten adoptions at the Dublin PetSmart from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
