'Fine Swine' Wins Pulled Pork Competition at Farmers' Market

Four competitors entered the last competition of the farmers' market season.

Information from the City of Dublin—

Ryan Rogers' "Fine Swine" was named the best pulled pork in a cook-off held at the Dublin Farmers' Market on Thursday.

Rogers, of San Ramon, won by cooking a longtime family recipe.  He cooks his pork for about 8 hours. His secret ingredient? Love.

Shari Jackman of the City of Dublin, says Rogers will receive a gift certificate of $50 to McNamara’s for his first place win.
