3 experts will address energy issues: Paul Fenn of Local Power, Inc. will explain how cities can take advantage of "Community Choice Aggregation" to offer you the option of 100% clean energy through the PG&E grid; Michael Denevan of Community Energy Services Corporation, an organization funded with your utility taxes will give you unbiased info on going Solar, and Jeff Liang of StopWaste of Alameda County will give you tips on making your home energy efficient and introduce Energy Upgrade California project.
