I 100% concur with the measure to let Dublin residents determine the future of Doolan and CollierRead MoreCa nyons. The areas are prestine for the enjoyment of all residents of the Tri-Valley. ATTENTION DUBLIN. Ask your Mayor to implement programs to train Sheriff's he hires from theRead MoreAlamed a county sheriff's Dept. If you have a family member who is disabled or in some type of distress and you need to call for help. You may get a sheriff's deputy Rather than a trained Dublin Police officer. Your loved one may get shot. If he or she behaves unlike a so called "normal person". Trained police officers put their lives in danger every day they are on duty. They do this to protect all of us. Police officers who are trained treat people who are disabled or in some sort of distress in a tread lightly way. Using compassion and patience. Many of the sheriff's deputies are like cowboys with guns and no training. They go in and try to intimidate. This seldom works with someone who is not thinking clearly. Dear Mayor and Reporters, Do your jobs!!.
